 Shipping the Item: Securely pack the product and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


 Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If the returned item meets our criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refund: If the product is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
